Passion is my color
He works with colors and uses precise insight to outline the colorfulness; with love as the base color, he guards each car through dexterous hands. He has been interacting with colors and paints for many years. His name is Feng Qiang and he is a paint technician at the BLD Porsche Yiwu Experience Center.
In 2018, Feng Qiang joined the BLD family.For him, the new contact with the Porsche brand was undoubtedly a new challenge.However, with his long-standing professional skills and willingness to learn, Feng Qiang quickly adapted to the new brand's paint job and became the first paint technician in the team to achieve Porsche Silver Technician certification in less than three years.With over 30 years of experience in paint jobs since his first start, Feng Qiang has now taken on the role of Paint Team Leader at the BLD Yiwu Experience Centre.The day-to-day paint job has not made this veteran bored or complacent, but more heartfelt in his love and humble in his self-breakthrough.
Passion is to make customer needs a priority
If love had a color, maybe it would be heart-to-heart red.The holiday season is a peak travel period and also a potentially accident-prone period for automobiles. During the special period, it is more common to see a surge of vehicles coming to the experience center and emergency situations where customers are eager to pick up their cars. All along, the paint team led by Feng Qiang has never lowered the standard and saved the process because of the need for quick delivery of vehicles. In any case, the paint process is strictly enforced with high standard and timely delivery of reassuring and satisfactory vehicles. Happily, two other partners in the group have successfully obtained the Porsche Silver Technician certification this year, which has also brought the after-sales service at the BLD Porsche Yiwu Experience Center to a higher level. Learning from each other and helping each other, Feng Qiang is also constantly learning more new ideas and perspectives from these newcomers, achieving mutual success in an efficient atmosphere.
