At the beginning of summer, a new season starts with a new beauty. When flowers surround you, when the low temperature wine hits the bottom of the glass, when the tongue enjoys the pleasure, clink glasses with BLD-me CLUB, enter the summer in coolness and meet with elegance.
Last week, a women's-themed wine tasting party named "Summer - Endless Joy" was held in Hangzhou at the Plantation Space on Xiaohezhong Street. In the quiet time, the mood returned to tranquility, under the multiple concerto of delicate tea break, French sweet wine and Italian private banquet, BLD-me CLUB served the first joyful feast of summer for girls, and wrote down the most delicate note to welcome the early summer.
Tea and flower mingling, taste the refined tea break
There is nothing better to please a girl than exquisite tea and flowers. In this goddess-only private dinner, BLD-me CLUB sweetly blends flowers and desserts, and the endless summer hydrangea from the suburbs of St. Paul, Minnesota with the tantalizing afternoon tea is a beautiful temptation that cannot be denied.
Chocolate meditation to free the mind
Chocolate and meditation, what kind of amazing combination of these two seemingly unrelated elements will collide? This is probably one of the most enjoyable and "delicious" ways to meditate. Eating a piece of Ecuadorian chocolate, feeling the rich taste from the mouth to the throat and finally to the belly, the spiritual freedom journey created by BLD-me CLUB will begin.
After 5-10 minutes of light meditation, the professional meditators guided the guests into deep meditation, releasing stress and exploring the completely different self deep inside.
French sweet wine tasting, feel the pleasure of microbrews
This year's BLD-me CLUB tasting was a special "sweet water session" for women, with three wines from Château d'Aubigny Sauvignon Blanc, Chablis Petit Chablis from Château d'Aignolmo, and Château Saumur Blanc from Château d'Yon. The wines are refreshing and just the right amount of microbrew, making them the perfect atmosphere for a girls' private party.
The first was the most popular wine of the day, the Saumur Thousand White from Chateau Yvonne. As a regular guest of the French Michelin restaurant, the distinctive aroma of bread when opening the bottle instantly captivated the ladies in the audience. The palate was crisp with green apples and pears, finishing with a buttery bread aroma and even a vaguely savory mineral finish, full of aromas and complexity, the best of the blind tasting.
The next wine was a dry white Sauvignon Blanc from Château d'Aubigny, which was made like a complex love story. 12 months of aging in stainless steel barrels and 30% in large wooden barrels, the typical greenness of Sauvignon Blanc was diluted, and the flavors of bread and nuts were mixed with its own citrus and yellow peach fruit, which seemed to be complex but did not require too much effort to taste and analyze, which made everyone in the audience marvel.
Last but not least is the Chablis Petit Chablis from Chateau Erinonomoro. This is a bright and lively wine with delicate white floral aromas and rich citrus lemon flavors on the nose, rich and fruity on the palate, and a slight acidity that gives it a juicy grape-like vibrancy and freshness when chilled, even without the need to pair it with any dishes. With the relaxed atmosphere, the crowd drank the wine with empty mouths and felt the pleasure of being slightly drunk.
Customized Italian private dinner, enjoy the Mediterranean flavor
The BLD-me CLUB invited the Italian chef to bring the traditional Mediterranean cuisine to a perfect end for the Summer Yan - Endless Joy dinner. The exquisite ingredients were cooked on site by the chef, emitting aromas that were more like a creative show between the guests and the chef than the food, a double enjoyment for the eyes and the palate.
Surprise summer banquet, endless joy, BLD-me CLUB women theme wine tasting elegantly ended. In the shadow of the flowers, we enjoyed the private time carefully created by BLD, and all the beauty of the encounter bloomed in the mingling of chips, so let's look forward to the next encounter together.
